僕がサカナクションが好きな理由を英検1級のエッセイみたいに書く

目的

こんにちは。ツナ缶です。テスト前なのに昼までぐうたら寝てました。ヤバい…。

今回から新企画、「英語でessayを書いてみる」をやってみたいと思います。

参考文献は無し。持ちうる知識でひたすら書いて、皆さんにTOEIC950点のライティングがいかほどかをお見せしたいと思います。

僕にとってこれは帰国後に取る英検一級のライティングの練習になり、また

読者のあなた様にとっては英語に触れる一つの機会として、

もしくは「TOIEC950点てこの程度か！俺・私でも取れるわ！」と安堵し自信をつける材料として読んで頂ければ幸いです。

The topic today「Why I like Sakanaction」

      While there are many music genres that are popular among Japanese people, recently Japanese rock bands are being paid particular attention because of the emerging popularity of music festivals. Above all, A band Sakanaction is particularly worth mentioning in terms of its novelty and quality of music in today's trend. This essay will show three reasons why Sakanaction is my favourite artist and why I would like non-Japanese people to listen to the band.

      First of all, they play music that has been unusual in the Japanese music scene. Sakanaction plays a mixture of rock, dance music (EDM) and even folk music, which makes their music unparalleled. Sakanaction has succeeded in increasing its presence by playing that unique music in Japanese music festivals, where normally there were only rock artists performing rock music. This was a very significant strategy, considering the fact that there were no musicians in Japan who successfully invented a completely new type of music as Skanaction did.

      Secondly, the vocalist Ichiro Yamaguchi has an insatiable attitude towards music. For instance, He sets up more than 300 speakers in his concerts to make the band's sounds heard to everyone equally in halls. No artists have done this before, and also this is unprecedented in that Sakanaction spends a huge amount of money on that equipment to the extent to which they cannot make ends meet. In addition, ultimately, Ichiro has said that he is married with music. In fact, Sakanaction has very few songs that sing about love or relationships, meaning he has just focused on creating music.

      Finally, it is often said among fans that lyrics that Ichiro writes are superb and sometimes make listeners feel a sense of winter. This is probably because he was raised by parents who ran a cafe which had a live studio in Hokkaido, the northernmost prefecture in Japan. It is imaginable that he would always be exposed to music at home. As well as that, his parents gave him many Japanese novels and poetries, and he immersed himself in them. The environment where he grew up enabled him to write lyrics that make listeners think of the old, beautiful Japanese sense of beauty with a feeling of coldness.

      To sum up, the band Sakanaction is an amazing band which leads Japanese music today with creative music. Ichiro's devotion to music does make many listeners want to listen to his music and follow him as fans. His childhood and life in Hokkaido have had a significant impact on the band's music that holds the essence of Japanese beauty. It might be just a matter of time if Sakanaction gets popular internationally.
